Dr. Nguyen Thi Phuong, Specialist Level II, has over 15 years of experience in the field of anesthesiology and recovery care. She formerly held the position of Deputy Head of the Anesthesiology & Perioperative Care Department at Cho Ray Hospital.

Her clinical expertise includes anesthesia for general surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, ENT procedures, hepatobiliary surgery, robotic surgery, and kidney transplantation. In addition to her clinical work, she has actively participated in medical training and provided hierarchical guidance to provincial and satellite hospitals across Vietnam. In recognition of her contributions, Dr. Phuong received a Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Health in 2019 for her outstanding performance as a grassroots-level Emulation Soldier.

She has also completed advanced international training at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (Singapore) and participated in a specialized program on peripheral nerve block techniques using ultrasound and nerve stimulation, organized by Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine in collaboration with the Walter Reed Army Medical Center (USA).

Currently, she serves as an anesthesiologist at Nam Sai Gon International General Hospital.
