  • The Gastroenterology Clinic specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the digestive tract and related organs, including the liver, gallbladder, and pancreas. Commonly treated conditions include colitis, gastritis, peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), cirrhosis, hepatitis (A, B, C), fatty liver, and acute pancreatitis.

  • Diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal disorders:

    • Conditions of the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, and colon: Crohn’s disease, gastric and duodenal ulcers (with or without H. pylori infection), ulcerative colitis, gastrointestinal bleeding, reflux esophagitis, esophageal and gastric polyps, colorectal polyps, gastrointestinal cancers
    • Anal disorders: internal hemorrhoids, anal fissures
    • Irritable bowel syndrome: long-term monitoring and management

    Liver and pancreatic conditions:

    • Screening and treatment of liver and pancreatic diseases: Liver cancer, benign liver tumors, fatty liver, cirrhosis, liver flukes, acute and chronic pancreatitis, pancreatic tumors
    • Management of hepatitis B and C, alcohol-related hepatitis, and other forms of hepatitis
    • Endoscopic procedures
    • Esophagoscopy, gastroscopy, duodenoscopy
    • Colonoscopy, proctoscopy, anoscopy
