Priority Cases

(Clause 2, Article 3, Chapter I – Law on Medical Examination and Treatment No. 15/2023/QH15 dated January 9, 2023)

Priority in medical examination and treatment is given to the following patients:

1. Patients in emergency situations
2. Children under 6 years old
3. Pregnant women
4. Persons with particularly severe disabilities or severe disabilities
5. Persons aged 75 and older
6. People recognized for meritorious services to the revolution
