TRAINING SESSION ON AIDET COMMUNICATION MODEL AND NURSING ETHICS

On the afternoon of February 6, 2023, the Nursing Department of Nam Sai Gon International General Hospital organized a training session for nurses and medical technicians covering two key topics:
- Professional Code of Ethics for Nurses
- Delivering Patient Information Using the AIDET Communication Model
The session was led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hue, MSc. in Nursing, and attended by nurses and technicians from various hospital departments.
Through the two topics, participants gained deeper insight into nursing ethics, enabling them to make appropriate decisions in real-life clinical situations aligned with professional ethical standards.
As for the AIDET model — a structured approach to communication between healthcare professionals and patients — it is considered an effective solution to help medical staff quickly build trust and enhance patient satisfaction.
